Thanks! I just joined had no idea about it. I drove for 5 hours to go meet with some basenjis to see if i would have an allergic reaction. Wish i knew about this place before haha. Unfortunately i missed todays meetup, count on me to be there next month!. Do i have to sign up anywhere? Do you email me where to go or will it be on that website?
Seems the Saturday morning meetings are still happening! We went this morning and met 5 other Basenjis, which was really wonderful.

Just saw your post, I don't visit Forum very often. Yes indeed we still meet up every Sunday at West Park dog park. While some say they are 'hypoalergenic' they still have fur and some have dander so it's good to check. You may find differences in individual dogs.
We meet between 11 and 2-ish.

I think Joan said she has talked to you before. We have 1 10 year old female from Indiana and I think a brother of your younger one - Bourbon who is also 1.5. Joan takes them to Snyder almost daily so if you plan to be there let us know when.

Have you been to any shows and talk to handlers? How about his breeder? Usually breeders can assist in finding a handler that is good with Basenjis.
