Omg !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cant decide where to put this topic !!!

My hubby and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary yesterday, 1st Dec… He surprised me last Monday saying we were going out for dinner... I say surprised, cos we usually dont celebrate, and we are lucky to remember to buy a card, for each other !!!

So off we go, in our 'finery's' to the Casino for a superb meal... BUT, after the most beautiful entree I have ever tasted, out came a present :)... Mmmm............................. this I wasnt expecting. Long story short, the bugger has been slowly paying off an O/S holiday for the 4 of us :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: I couldnt believe it, I was stunned and completely lost for words... We are going to England, Scotland, Ireland, France and finally Dubai, all up between 6-7 weeks :D...

The very first port of call is to CRUFTS... We are going every day, including the BIS judging... I have the Crufts tickets here already... I cant believe he has managed to organise all this over the last 18 months, without me knowing !!! I know EVERYTHING that goes on in this household, (clearly not !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). I NEVER suspected a thing, the naughty darling !!!

So what I want to know is.........................................Who's going, and how do I find you ?????????????????????????????????? Im happy to wear a 'saba' badge, but only if you all wear your B.F. name badge as well !!! I am completely beyond excited, I can tell you...

The kids dont know,yet, it will be their Xmas pressie ;)... I so wanted to tell them last night, but I cant wait to see their faces on Christmas morning !!!

On basenji day your best bet would be to buy a catalogue so you can find us all at the benches with our dogs, and you will also be able to spot everyone in the ring that way

I think the badge is a very good idea. I'll be there as I'm sure that most of the UK forum members will be, and it'll be great to have a meet up.

I'm usually there every day as well and hopefully will have a ticket for BIS ring,
so we can meet up there as well.

Benkura when we meet up at Crufts, do you ant my hubby to have a quiet chat to yours about how he did it all :D… I might be taking you up on the offer to have B cuddles in Scotland :), cos I will REALLY miss the dogs. I cant for the life of me even consider what it will be like having 6-7 weeks without the dogs !!! Trying to work out where they will all go, at the moment i.e. boarding kennels, have someone stay in the house with them etc, etc... At this stage Saba, (problem lad), will go to Sydney, hopefully 2 ACD's will go back to the breeder, if possible, but that till leaves 6 dogs here...

Maya thanks for the tip, for some odd reason I thought the dogs weren't benched, no idea where the heck I got that stupid idea, so will be getting the catalogue, for sure...

Patty look forward to catching up to. It will be FANTASTIC :D...
