So many times people post pictures and ask what folks on the forum think about their dogs. Often, the most convincing in appearance turn out disappointingly to not have any Basenji blood. When you think about it, there are not likely all that many crossbreds out there. Most people with an intact Basenji bitch are not looking to cover her with anything but a purebred male, and in North America generally females are spayed because most breeders require it for pet puppies. Bitches that are showing are even less likely to be bred to something outside the breed.
Photographing the UNBELIEVABLE a whole new meaning to basenjis and cats

Tiggy looks like she's loving all the warmth and cushion on both sides. They look quite bonded.
-
That is a really considerate cat to provide earmuffs to keep Tiggy's ears warm. Cute pictures!

our cat maddox does the exact same thing. He will wait until chance is asleep and then plop right down ontop his head. I'll have to photograph it.

Either he's dawg tired or he's one gentle senji. Cute pixs!

LOL, Pigmy didn't even wait until Tiggy was asleep, she didn't care if he was awake or asleep

1 brave cat and 1 cute basenji!

So cute! Thanks for sharing the photos. I'm glad Pigmy left Tiggy's nose free for breathing.
