Before I officially retired , I worked as a Policy and Procedure Manuel Writing Specialist.
I am a widower with 2 adult children and a new grandfather.
I first discovered the Basenji in 2003 when I adopted a Rescue Akita/Basenji shortly after
my first Rescue Akita Cross the Bridge.
Shortly after I adopted " Tori", I became involved with Basenji Rescue and am presently
the Ontario Screener.
As well, I am the National Rescue Coordinator fot the Basenji Club of Canada.
In addition to helping Basenji Rescue, I am involved with helping Ontario Rescue Organizations with Screening of potential Adopters and conducting HVs as necessary.
I am involved with the North American Mixed Breed Registry as an Technical Advisor.
In between my Rescue Work, I enjoy gardning and writing articles and stories.
