That is totally wonderful! That sweet little dog probably never knew he had a problem, but now he can be a little more like the other doggies he sees. Just have to love it! What a clever, and simple looking invention!

This was on the news tonight and Senator Dianne Feinstein is pushing a bill through to ban the use of BPA.

Very thought provoking, Terry. I agree with Belinda, the extremists are in a different category altogether. Animals may or may not have rights in any particular city, village, or state. Thank God we have those truly dedicated, hands on advocates that speak out in the court system on behalf of those that have no words. Thank God we have people who rescue animals of all species, to nurture, return to health, re-home, or humanely put down. Thank God that I believe in a God that smiles upon animal advocates. My God lets me believe in the Rainbow Bridge. I do not put animal rights above or below human rights. To me that's mixing apples with oranges . 2 separate issues, 2 different personal views. Neither view makes me less a (Christian) human being. I believe my personal animal advocacy make me MORE a Christian, than less.

Sounds like you will have a lovely yard this summer. It is already in the 90s here during the day, we all stay inside all summer, except early morning and late afternoon.

Just an aside, friend has Golden labs + turtles. She uses 'blood mulch' for the plants she uses to feed the turts. One of the Goldens had 'blood' in her poop for quite some time, vet visits and several dolars later, guess what…darn golden was getting into the mulch behind everyone's back and it was, of course, making it's way through, and looking bloody and bad. Having been an e-mail participant in the concern, I had to just laugh. No harm, No foul, just a dog being a dog. Dog is fine, mulch is out of reach now, and the turts are OK too.

Well.maybe not hard to import the dog it self, but the airline is requiring the dog to be rabies vaccinated for at least thirty days prior to boarding..unless it is a puppy. That is KLM, Lufthansa..and Qantas airline..but I am looking for a puppy so those rules do not apply anyway..

Maya has caught a pigeon out of the air once, she jumped about 4ft from a standstill and grabbed it, then didnt seem to know what to do with it! That was when she was just a puppy too..! So i am very careful if i do have her out with the birds (very rarely), she is kept on a very short lead and not left out of my sight for a second. She has never attempted to grab at them but she is a bit to fascinated by them for my liking..! :D Ruby will look like this as an adult: [image: 2362033537_a4abc5e17b.jpg] [image: 3534770357_90b7ed532f.jpg?v=0] Not a whole lot different to how she is now, she will lose the blue ring around her neck and instead will have a red ring going around the top of her neck and just a blue nape instead of the blue ring. She will also lose the black feathers in her red chest. Really she will just have clearer colours than she does now, the baby colours are not as bright and vibrant and have a lot of black/blue feathers mixed in with the other colours.

@snorky998: I am LOVING that hair and that lady killer smile!! How do you get anything done in the house? I'd stare at that adorable face all day long. Well, you just have to add some hours into your day :D In those few hours, I clean, cook, work, sport, paint, write and eat :D

Yes, I work for the Post office and its across the whole US. So, help someone in need..stuff your mailbox on sat, or if you have a small or locked box, you can put a bag on the ground, or leave a note for the carrier to come to the house. Its a good thing.

yes, the O'tom is exactly like what I have, mine came with 2 sizes as we have little seed ticks here that are the size of a pin head and really hard to get out.

I guess it takes all kinds - what a ridiculous thing that is. I had a friend who had a wolf/husky mix, and I do have to say he was a very nice animal, friendly and calm, actually less likely to bark and get upset than his pure husky sister was. However, she had him since he was a tiny puppy, and maybe that made a difference. She took both dogs to parks, and for walks and so forth, and had no problem anywhere with him. When they were inside, they slept a lot and just hung out - something I wish my B's would do more of!
