You should be good and nuts by week 5! I don't envy you at all, Happy puppies!!
Sherwood pups are here!

Since the white usually shrinks even a large blazes on puppies usually end up more moderate on adults.
My foundation is from Robyn so all my dogs are closely related. Here is a pic Cole from my first litter as a newborn:
At 5 weeks you can see that white doesn't look like it almost connected at birth.
At 4 months the blaze doesn't even make it all the way to the top of his head.
And though this does not show his head well, he is nicely marked as an adult.

I CAN'T WAIT TO COME OVER AND SEE THEM!!!
BTW Liz, Carrie and I are all brainstorming on Flood/Rain themed names.
So fun! -
Congtrats to this beautiful arrival :D.
I like that puppies has a little of white (except tri girl).
I am curious how will they grow up. I have one favorite already-tri male ( I love tris with minimum of white).I totally agree with you… I much perfer a plain maked Basenji regardless of the color....
And as Lisa has pointed out... the white only gets smaller, never bigger
-
Congratulations on the new pups. I can smell their little "Frito feet" from here!!

So fun!Hmmm… Flood/Rain theme.... be careful what you "wish for"... remember that Basenjis tend to try and live up to their given names...

Cute but, ummm, no. :p
Yeah, I didn't think you'd like that one. How about "Rain of Destruction"? :p As a side note, I wanted Zoni's name to be "Deadly Nightshade" rather than just "Nightshade" but the look on her breeder's face was enough to let me know that wasn't a good option, lol.
Congrats again on all the lovely puppies!

I suggested this to someone else who was looking fro water names for her Cardi. She didn't go with it, so I will suggest it here:
"Trouble the water" It is the chorus from an old spiritual, "Wade in the Water", and the title of a book of African American Poetry, then I thought a good kennel name to go along would be Maya, for Maya Angelou, my favorite poet.
