Most crazy/funny leash, ever

Off Topic
  • first of all, i did not buy …this.
second, in order to avoid traffic accidents, from drivers looking at ..it, instead of the road, i doubt i will take a walk with ..this.
but i think it's funny, and decided to share a pic:

  • Hi Andreas,
Yes, thats funny, but not as my dogs leash :D…

I think it would looks great on Rottweiler, regarding his origin (in past he was a butcher dog) :D

  • I like that leash but your right I could not walk my dog on it. Could I walk my husband on it. LOL.. Just Monday and I little over the hill today.

  • That would be perfect with one of those Halloween costumes they make for dachunds - the ones that look like buns with the dog being the hot dog in the middle?

  • Well, actually it was a gift from my sister, and i think this was her way to say:
"since you want a "crazy" dog, this should be a perfect gift".

No Irena, i am not planning to use it for your/my dog, though my son really liked it and already we have started (within family) to talk of conditions of training…

I have to say, i feel very thankful, being in here in this "basenji family", even though i still need a ~6 month waiting. I read every post and i am trying to prepare myself (as much as possible) for the wonderful moment of the arrival of my puppy. I truly feel you all as part of a great family, and though i don't yet reply to each one's "personal conditions", i really feel very emotional for each one's happiness or sorrows to share.

  • How funny..our weiner dog would look so cute with it..maybe.

Thats awesome! I used to do that hike all the time when I was a kid- never took a dog with me, though. I think the five mile loop hike is the one we used to do with school once a year. Wow- I really miss that!
  • Will it ever end???

Jylly, as I read your post the skies are now darkening again in my area (Il/WI border) Although we are not in a flood zone, the rains have also taken their toll on us. Not only is it a heck of a good wrestling match to get our male out to go pee, but our female is afraid of the wind/trees blowing!! Aarrggg. We had basement flooding earlier in the spring. What a mess. The city lines were not totally cleaned from the fall leaf drop, then the early spring thaw washed all the sand used for ice into the sewers as well. It came at the worst possible time. All of our living room and dining room furniture was in the basement as we were prepared for new carpet to be install the following weekend. here's the rain again, 3:58 pm Last Sunday, we had a gutter clog from the 3rd level down spout to the 2nd level gutter and the path of least resistance seems to be through the fascia into the house and in the the dining room through the ceiling. I also work for a school district (librarian) so I'm home for the summer. I think this is more nerve wracking!! I think I'd rather be at work being distracted than running downstairs, or staring at the dining room ceiling like a catatonic every time it rains!!!! Good luck on the basement situation. Here's hoping you stay high and dry:D
