My little girl Ochre has the exact same "little arrow", (as I call it…), as your boy ;) . Im probably not making sense at the moment, am I ??? I mean in the last pic of of your boy, he has the white of his collar coming to a point just at the spine, and it looks as though it is an arrow pointing to their tail :D :D .
