I'll let my darling little angel boy, Stormie, tell this "tail" of full moon mischief. It seems devil horns sprouted on his sweet, little red and white noggin while I was at work today.
Here's his Dogster Diary entry for today:
_Mom is now officially convinced that the moon phases affects our behavior.
Case in point?
Mom came home from work today feeling icky and stuffy and sneezy. Her plan was to make a cup of hot herbal tea and lay down down for a nap with her beloved little dogs.
HA!
Instead, she'll be dragging out the carpet steam cleaner.
Wanna know why?
(of course you do! lol!)
'Cuz today me and Nikki conspired with the cats and hit the sugar mother load!
The cats knocked a brand new bottle of unopened pancake syrup to the floor off the kitchen counter.
Nik and I know a good thing when we see it! We dragged the bottle into the living room and set out to chew the lid off.
And we did!
And now the carpet has a nice sticky, gloppy, syrupy stain on it!
The syrup?
Seemed like a good idea at the time, but in reality, it didn't taste so hot!
We didn't eat much of it at all. Mom's grateful for that at least.
She said if she's sick, she can't handle doggies with a stomach ache, too!
Humph!
(she's so selfish like that sometimes!)
So what about you, fellow pups?
Does the full moon affect your behaviors?
Do the little devil horns poke out of your head when the night sky is bright?
Spill the kibble!
Tell Momma and me your moon related tails!
(seems she'd like a giggle at the expense of somepup else for a change! lol!)
-Stormie - there ain't no devil horns on this noggin!_
