Glad he has found a home, so sad he was neglected for a time, how did that happen? If for whatever reason we can't keep Kaiser he is to go back to his breeder and be rehomed by her.

IN-Marion-Tri Male-Possible PB-Has Docked Tail-In Shelter

This boy looks PB but has a docked tail. His tail could have been injured. It looks like his dew claws have been removed. He looks too big to be a Rat Terrier but perhaps he is a Basenji/Rat Terrier mix. There is/used to be a Basenji and Rat Terrier breeder in IN. The shelter is located about 70 miles NE of Indianapolis. I have not contacted the shelter to see if he is still available.
