Chocolate Chip Cookies

Has anyone got a good recipe for Choc Chip Cookies? My husband wants to make a batch and use our Basenji Cookie cutter. He usually make basenji shortbread but thought choch chip would be good. Maybe a nice American recipe??!!;)

This is a great chocolate chip recipe, but I don't know how well it would work with a cookie cutter….makes delicious cookies though!
1.) In a bowl, soften 1 cup (2 sticks) of butter or margarine.
2.) Add 3/4 cup brown sugar
3.) Add 1/4 cup regular white sugar
4.) Add one small box of instant vanilla pudding (I use sugar-free, 1 oz box)
5.) Add 2 eggs
6.) Add 1 tsp. vanilla extract
7.) Add 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. baking soda
8.) Add 2 1/4 cup flour
9.) Add one bag of chocolate chipsBake at 350 on ungreased cookie sheets, approximately 10-12 min or until done :)
These are excellent...and you can mix it up by using different types of pudding/chips. For example, chocolate pudding and butterscotch chips is great...have fun!

Wow, I have never had choc.chip cookies with pudding in'em before, I have got to try these ones out on my kiddos. Thanks for the recipe.
