• I am trying to locate a photo of the canine genome. The double helix with full colour and letters. This is for a tattoo up my spine.


  • What do you mean by "picture"? Are you tatooing a helix (which would be more artistic and you couldn't really put the basepairs in) or basepair sequences of the chromosomes which would looke something like below going down the spine arranged in some way (I guess you could put different chromosomes next to each other). Or picture of the the chromosomes themselves? It would be a tad long though, there are over 2 million basepairs. Here is link to a reference page. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/guide/dog/
