Had to share this picture. I was holding Ham on my lap last night and was getting ready to kiss him when he suddenly yawned. But wow, it looks much more evil than an innocent yawn, doesn't it? ha.

They are all gorgeous. Love those b/w's too. And Callista is wonderful, too. I love Collies. We had one when I was younger. My sister has a rough-coated sable boy now. She does agiltiy with him. Amazing animals.

I'm Claudia Nix. My husband, son and I have 2 basenjis–Hamlet (11 y.o.), and Rhumba (8 y.o.) Been involved in basenji rescue and lure coursing for over 10 years. I'm a member of the Basenji Club of Southeastern Wisconsin (was the secretary and rescue chair for several years). Lately, I've been taking a break from rescue work and a lot of the work I did with the BCOSW (workig on my masters), but I love chatting about basenjis and when I'm out of touch for awhile, I really start to miss all of my b-friends.

Hope to meet some new friends here and get in touch with some old ones!
