Just to make this more confusing, the website has my fula boys misnamed. The one that is labeled Deano is really Chopper, and Chopper is really Deano. Both were very definitely fula tris.

RE: The breed's newest import from the Congo…Paya
Just amazing. Great looking dogs
Is there any place to read about the trip?
There are a couple of articles written by Dr Jo Thompson on my website…one about the latest 3 imports in The Basenji magazine, and the most recent was the article Betsy Polglase wrote with Basenji Companions in their newsletter.

Oooh so cute - can I have them come here :p
MN…you are kidding, aren't you? It's 7 degrees here in Ohio and we're FREEZING! How 'bout you coming here? I "may" be a bit warmer and a lot less snow!

Yes, I did live in Westerville until a few years ago. We moved out to be able to have land so that they dogs could run.
Did I have one of my Africans with me?

The breed's newest import from the Congo…Paya
Thought I would show off our little Paya who came to America on March 11 of this year from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, imported by Dr Jo Thompson, Lukuru Wildlife Research Project. She's a real sweetheart and has totally stolen my heart.
