It's not that we overbook. It's that stupid clients book a haircut and get there and decide they want colour too! They demand we do it so what else are we supposed to do? I'd say 70% of our clients want more than they actually booked in for. So give us a break ok.

She probably needs her teeth cleaned. Cats can build up tartar on their teeth just like humans do. It has to be done at a vet because the cat will have to be put under anethesia. I don't know how much it will cost…you would have to ask your vet about that.

That'll get you started. You can get grooming supplies like teeth cleaner, nail clippers, etc. later on as you need them, and the same with things like baby gates and bark control tools. Food, collar/ID, a leash, a bed and a kennel should be the big priority.
