Regarding the heater vent: I keep opening it so it will blow on his bed, but he loves that vent so much he sits on the rugs in front of his bed and rests his chin on the dash. This closes the vent and if he wants the warm air, he has to lay on those rugs. Basenji are problem solvers, but I think the whole cause/effect concept is a little advanced for them. :rolleyes:
