Oh my, that is a bit pricey but I must say almost any basenji would look fabulous in it…. I like the zebra and cheetah beaded ones.

I think those would make amazing prizes for a specialty! They are so pretty, and socially conscious, and Africa related. It's almost like they were designed with it in mind.

I've seen those Kenyan collars on other sites as well and I love them..but Otis would tear those beads off in a heart beat..
As far as the almost $500 collars..it would be the end of my marriage if I got Otis one of those..my hubby would NOT understand the need for that..and he is so right.

If I had the money, I'd probably get an expensive collar. Probably not a crystal one though. I recently shelled out a ton of money on pens, and I work at an office supply store.

All I really care about for a collar is that Medjai can't wiggle out of it on a leash, and that it has some sort of a guarantee, as he already got one off his neck in the yard and ate it.

I like some of the collars in both of these links. I too love to see my pups in a nice collar - but if I'm spending $600, mama's getting a new pair of Louboutins and the dogs will go naked! :D:D:D LOL

All kidding though - I just spent $250 on collars & leads for my 3 bs for Christmas - expect photos soon. :D:D:D
