Sing-along

I was looking at Basenji videos on the computer the other night. AJ was fast asleep in the back when I clicked on one in which the dogs were singing their hearts out. He at first opened just the one eye, thought about it a minute (you could see the wheels turning in his head) and decided to come investigate.
He jumped into my lap and started looking for the other dogs. He looked behind each side of the computer, out the window, under the steering wheel desk, jumped onto the passenger seat and on the dash board to look behind the computer…
Then he jumped back into my lap and stared at the computer, ****ed his head back and forth with those Basenji wrinkles, then threw his head back and sang along with the computer! It was so hilarious I laughed myself to tears!:D
I wish I could get him to sing more. He has a beautiful voice.

Putting my "Welcome" here for you and AJ. Glad you found the forum. Sounds like AJ is the perfect companion on the road. Thank you for taking him and giving him a second chance.
That's a great story. It's a hoot when they hear another basenji!!
I hope you have a camera phone!! We could all have a great time if you took pics of AJ on your travels. We could all play along with a guessing game thread, "Where's AJ today?" :D

Reminds me of Buddy when I have one of those PBS nature shows on where they have a close up of the animal with the sounds. He goes over to the TV and checks the sides of the TV "Where's that bird"?
