Just wanted to say Hello. I have 1 basenji, he is a 4 year old red and white male. We just call him "Deke". I'm trying to adopt a second from BRAT. If anyone has any advice on introducing a friend let me know. We are looking for a female in hopes that will work the best. :)

Welcome! We tried for several Brats… so don't get discouraged if it goes slower than expected. Also, check out Petfinder-- that's where we found Miles (our rescue). Good luck!

Hello Basenji Boy. We are in Lancaster County. I haven't found many people who even know what a basenji is close by. I've talked to BRAT people in York but thats the closest.
