Keoki at 5 mos {22 weeks}

  • :D Here's my boy, at 5 mos. {If I did this right, LOL} Looks chunkier in the photos than he does in "real life". Sometimes he seems a little "ribby" to me, but the vet says he's perfect.

The third picture isn't as clear, but I like that spot on the left side of his neck and like to show it off. ;)

  • WOW, gorgious B!! I think he looks great. I think my Jack is over weight, lol. He weighs 29lbs…lol. But hes NICE and HEALTHY!!

  • He looks in perfect weight to me… very handsome

  • Keoki is very handsome indeed! Looking all grown up now with those poses. He looks just right, not chunky at all! Nice pics - now if I can get any one of my two to strike a pose like Keoki.

  • Very nice!!!!

  • Thanks! It's always nice to hear good things from folks who know, :-)

As squirrelly as he is, he will freeze and stand stock still if we say, "hold it" and there's a cookie involved. {MOST of the time}. We don't really know how to "stack" properly, so we really just go for the standing still part.

  • He is pretty well "properly" stacked… especially for a baby puppy....

  • Very handsome :)

  • Love this picture, and love those red & whites, wonder why?????? I can't believe how fast this baby has grown, seems like you just got him. Good size too, Sahara is 22.5, and the vet says she is perfect, but sometimes I think she looks too thin.

  • Thanks!

Yes, we are really surprised at how fast he is growing. He's already as tall as Jazz, but a few pounds lighter. I can't wait to see just how tall he's going to be. He already hangs over the edges of the laps he used to fit perfectly into!

  • @JazzysMom:

    Thanks!

Funny isn't it?? And they always seem to think they can fit perfectly into the lap!

  • Very gorgeous :) I love his wrinkles! ^.^

  • He is just beautiful…looks "perfect to me"! I also love the little girl "posing" in the background!

  • Oh hee hee. Yes, the little girl in the last picture –she's the little girl {5 yrs old} I babysit every day. Once she realized there were pictures being taken she did her best. She told me later, "I wish I was in all those pictures." LOL

She often asks me, "Mrs. Turner, will you take some pictures of me today?" and then once the camera is out, she starts posing and then insists on seeing all the pictures. Thank goodness for digital --it'd cost me a fortune to actually have to develop all the pictures I take of her. LOL

  • Ah yes, the beauty of digital cameras…I have a couple of camera-hogs too!
Keoki is just beautful, as are Jazzy and Gypsy!!

The big thing with puppies is to not overdo. Things like them going up and down the stairs, jumping on and off the bed or sofa, and racing around like maniacs doing the B-500 is normal. What you want to be careful about are asking them to do these things as part of training or conditioning.
