@sanjibasenji - Well it would depend on where you stop to eat and of course the weather. It it is hot or cold out that is not comfortable for your Basenji. I prefer to keep an eye on the in the car/suv/RV. All depends on when you stop and the location.... Mine have always been crated when traveling...

Can anyone recomend a double crate for use in a small estate car for two Basenjis ?

Shelley, I had to have a double crate made specially for my three wheeler. I can search out the name if you want to go down that road. The man lives in Stafford.

Thank you for your reply Helena. I have found some double crates on various websites and am waiting until we get the new car before purchasing.
