Video. Hunting in the garden

so we are on holidays, and i thought id try and get a video of the girls playing in the garden, what they usually do when we go to work.

Hope stands SO still and watches and waits. Ebony's not that into it when i was recording but got a second video of her later playing.

They just hunt for lizards and bugs (and anything that moves really). Its fun watching them pounce. I missed a really good video of Ebony frog leaping into the garden afer something - had us in fits of laughter.

dont mind the overgrown grass. its our wet season here, the rain goes away, ground just dries up enough to mow and bam… it rains that night again he he. plus the grass grows ridiculasly fast - its absurd! we let the garden go though, we originally had chives, mint and basil there but we have just started to dig it all out again (time for a fresh replant after the wet season)

Those are great videos! Ebony looks very content to just chill and let Hope do all the work. Hope lets out a huge yawn at the end, like saying "aww.. I am giving up". Then Ebony pounces as if to say "look, I could have done that too, but I just chose not to. But I DID want you to know I could have done it". :) You have two lovely b's!
