Hi Arlene,
Thank you for replying. Amy is fit and in shape. I think that she grunts at us because she thinks that she can push my dad into giving her what she wants (just like a child). Ive also seen her become demanding with my dad. They have their tv buddy/tv pal time where they go on the couch, lay together on the couch and watch tv. When she wants to go for a walk, she gets up from the couch and sits beside the couch and stares at my dad and does this little side to side dance demanding my dad to take her on a walk. Its cute, but she is really smart. She is attached to my dad to the hip because he is retired and stays at home with her all day everyday. My mom is at work everyday, so Amy is more attached to my dad than my mom. Also, whenever its time to go to sleep, Amy "asks" my dad to put her in the bed. So my dad has to pretend that he is going to bed and gets under the blankets and she'll go under the blankets and cuddle with my mom or sleep in my dad's part of the bed until he goes to bed. Also, if Amy is taking a nap and you tuck her in a blanket, she growls and gets really mad. Have you heard of this happening? If so, what could it be from? Another thingā¦.when you pet her, she love her petting time, but she actually asks you by scratching your arm to keep petting her if you stop petting her. Its a never ending thing. Is this a case of brattyness or spoiled princess syndrome?
