It feels like I havent done a Maya update in ages so thought I probably should!
She had her first show since December in March - Crufts. Complete disaster :eek: i cant even bear to think about it never mind speak about it :o But still somehow managed to come away with a 2nd in a lovely class (the winner won the CC and BOB!). She hadnt shown again since Crufts until last weekend where she went Best in Show :)

Great photos as usual Jess. Maya has always been a favourite of mine and i just don't know why she hasn't done better. A shame but she is beautiful and you should be very proud of her.

Everyone keeps telling me she should have been a champion long ago, and that if she had been with a well known handler she would have been, etc etc etc :rolleyes: But, I have always shown her and always will, if she never gets the other two tickets thats ok and if she does thats even better, but i'd want to know she got them for being the best dog there, not because the judge knew her handler. Theres plenty of dogs in the world who should have been champions and never will and just as many who shouldnt be that are :) Maya has done well enough in her stakes classes against ALL breeds to more than prove her worth to me :D I would be proud of her if she never won a single class anyway, she's my little princess :D
mine too! she looks like she is just chillin', watching tv, and holding her little baby.
Thats exactly what she was doing actually! Girl knows how to relax :p
