New camera and Kipawa

I didn't read the user manual, and should have done to get better shots than these. Here are the first shots from my new camera with Kipawa at the off leash dog park this weekend. I particularly like the shot of Kipawa looking at the huge drooling mastiff. It's like he is saying "wow, you're big!"

haha i got that feeling too when i was looking at the pictures! Kipawa is so small compared to that big mastiff!

It's a Canon SX30 IS (14 MP). It's between a point and shoot camera and a real digital single lens reflex, so quite a bit bigger than a lot of the point and shoot cameras out there, and the zoom capabilities are phenomenal.

On top of the mastiff being so huge, he was constantly drooling. When he shook his head, it went flying all over the place, and some landed on Kipawa. I knew right there and then that Kipawa was going to be getting a quick bath.

I completely agree - I have the same sticker on my car (and on my fridge)!
