    At a recent show my mum bought Maya her christmas present - a new bed!! Its actually for Delilah and Maya as its a bunk bed! Lilah can sleep in the bottom and Maya on the top, i love it :D We were looking at loads of different beds but Maya picked this one out, she absolutely refused to try the other ones and just kept jumping on this one so we had to buy it :rolleyes: Anyway, it is being hidden at my mums house at the moment, we're going there for xmas so Maya will get to have it on Christmas day, along with her other pressies (toys, chews etc) but i thought i'd share these pics taken at the show when we bought it - i think she loves it!! They're rubbish pictures taken on my phone, but i think she looks happy :D

    I'm so sorry to hear of the tragedy. Like Pat, I too am surprised that Maya didn't produce milk for her - I know so many instances of that - even when natural mum is ok. My own Jewel reared her daughter's litter from day 3 - although they are now 7 they still adore her and like mnothing better than curling up with and on top, of her!!

    Yes, Bungwa will toss any of his toys into the air and catch them but definitely will not catch anything I throw. He has no competition because the others just look and say 'Boooring'!!! Interesting about your best hunters being fetchers, Quercus. I wonder if there's a reason in it or whether it's a coincidence!?

    Sounds good! I'll check w/the vet, it soundslike putting super glue in cracks on feet and hands. I'll also look into something to keep him warm. I used to guide down in s Utah. I love that area. Everything east of Capital Reef onto the eastern slopes of Boulder Mt. Kicked around in the San Rafael Swell and down s Cedar Mesa during my off time. Beautiful area. Thanks agan. Greg

    Thanks, I had to google "liver cake", didn't know what it was. I'll have to give it a try. Anything to keep her from wiggling around everywhere. :D
