Eating Hare
-
Last saturday we bought some hare for the dogs.
Can I have a preview Mommie???
Oh Yeah… you can Buana
Well, You can have a preview to ChafukoSorry, no preview for hailey… she won't fit at the kitchen unit
That's nice..
Buana liked it soo much, he used his paw!!!
A bit of chewing
He liked it so much!
Chafuko was eating so fast, he was finished before Buana and Hailey were on their half!
Those happy eyes…
Hailey didn't like fish but this…
So sweet
Standing is better, she can run away from the little pranks…
Eating makes the sweeties tired…
His toy, is the rat from Ratatoulle! -
I made some video'sas well!!
-
Now that lends a whole new meaning to "hair of the dog".
What a sweet one of the pup sleeping - is that a little hammock?

I don't know his real name.. we call it "poppetje"

I always heard it was dangerous to give dogs meat with bones attached, because the dog might splinter and eat the bones, which might cause tears in the dog's intestines. So is it okay to let the dogs chew on real bones? Do your dogs eat the meat and leave the bones? Just curious…

Raw bone doesn't splinter and is digestible. They probably ate it all

They look like happy hounds!!
I love the bed on the heater, where did you get it?

Exactly, they eat it all. Raw bones will not splinter (boiled bones will!!!)
They chew it very small, we never had any problems. But, we started with meat without bones, first some heart fron a cow or a lamb, then some raw pig ears and every time a step closer to real bones.
I know the metabolism of a B is good enouch to take real bones, but we prefered to start easy. Now they eat everytingThey look like happy hounds!!

It's for sale in Holland in every petshop, but its a hammock for cats!!!
We always had one for our cat, when Buana came as a little pup he learned to jump in and so learned both boys it.. (even the first Ibizan learned it, i will look for a pic from the Ibizan in the hamock :D)We have to replace it every once in a while, because the weight of a B is a lot more then our (also big) cat.
It's so weird, if we bought a new one, the dogs have to make it smell nice before the cat will go in! hahaha
This is Pentah lying in the CAT hammock… she is 4 months old when i took this pic -
HA that is cute pic
