    So cute! You all are making me puppy jealous! She looks like she has some brindle in there? Is she a trindle? I liked your vet story too. The first time I took my first boy to our vet she said "Why did you get one of these?" (she can be a bit blunt- but she was actually curious why I chose a basenji, and she had never seen one either!)

    Welcome to you and Snicker. I'm pleased that you said 'accident' - it's definitely not Snicker's fault. If you follow the advice gicven by previous posters you'll very soon have the perfect housetrained Basenji. They are generally very clean little creatures and in my opinion are the easiest dog to housetrain.

    I totally agree, Pat, I've had that experience myself - as you say the whole family should be on board that's why I always insisted on seeing the whole family when placing a pup.
