Animal Planet's Breed All About It? It's the basenji one this morning. 9:30 am EDT (or are we on Standard time?) it is almost over here, but maybe some of you in earlier timezones can catch it? Not sure how that works.

Anyhow…I have seen it about a billion times, and still just love it! The lure coursing scene is filled with relatives of our dogs, so Ethan and I were talking about all our kin :) The dog with the 'basenji cam' on her head during the coursing is Dr. Tracy and Jeff Leonard's (Select) Glory-Be, our Querk, and Ivy's mom. And one of the dogs Charlie Denslow has is Merlin, who is our Luna's grandad.

Lot's of fun! I think the producers of this show did an awesome job capturing the breed in 30 minutes.

I saw that episode this morning for the first time and it has made me want to get another Basenji:) Cali is a Basenji mix, but I would like to adopt a full blooded Basenji when I move to a larger place. It is really amusing when you see some of the facial expressions that the B's make. When Cali tilts her head to the side and gives me this strange look it is so hilarious. I loved the part on the lure coursing also.

I just looked at tomorrow's episode and it is on the Bull Terrier. I wish I would have go to see this too :(

I think you might be able to buy it on the AP website. I checked my Tivo to see if it was going to come again soon, but no :( It looks like they may have started the series in alphabetical order.
