Puppies!

I got to visit Eldorado Basenji today and meet 2 litters of 8 week old B puppies…it was the cutest thing I've ever seen. my sneakers have little bite marks all over them..hard to keep 13 puppies from chewing on your shoe laces! ;)
This is them all tired out after running around!

I chose to wear my moccasin with leather laces when I went to visit them last year and it was a very poor choice on my part…. the pups shred them apart! That pic is sooo cute!! I love all of them!!!! I go on their website all the time and I show Dolce pictures of her mom and her new puppies she had this year, she loves looking at pics and videos of other basenjis lol!

The breeder planned 2 litters, but he got 3 and they were bigger than anticipated.
All pups were fine and found a good home.
Lela's sister Yoka and brother Simba live nearby in Amsterdam, so we get to see them every once in a while on a B-walk. -
How adorable! and all colors as well. Beautiful puppies - worth the ruined shoes.

I brought a one-pup destruction crew home yesterday. :) She has no name (yet), but plenty of teeth… and enough energy to power a football stadium. I'll post photos soon. I just love her to pieces... which is exactly what she does to anything those little shark teeth can grab!
Is one of those sleeping babies going to be yours, sonnyboy? They're supercute!

Me neither - I have visited, and fallen in love with one, but I'm fourth on the list…they are all lovely pups, though, and I'm sure that I'll be happy with whichever one I get!

LOL Murphy's law. Plan on one, nothing. Breed 2 and the litters will be huge. It is true of all breeders of all breeds. Nature's joke.
