Some things cannot be fixed. I urge you to get a qualified behaviorist (veterinary) to evaluate him. If he is truly unstable, rehoming him is not fair to him or the new home.

This boy is estimated to be 3 years old. He has been at this shelter for awhile and he was transferred here from another shelter. This shelter is located approximately 40 miles from Savannah, GA and 100 miles from Charleston, SC. I have not contacted the shelter to see if he is still available.
