Will BRAT be taking the girl at the shelter or will she be adopted out? Some shelters do not work with rescues if they think the dog can be adopted!

Harley was lost 6/10 in Trophy Club TX which is located approximately 9 miles NW of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Airport.-Grapevine TX. He was wearing a blue collar with tags. It does not state if he is neutered.
Can someone in the area get a search group together to look for this boy?
