Yes, I'm glad to hear differing opinions! We're keeping our options open but leaning toward a purebred waterdog of some sort. I'm sure I'll be back later with questions about how to integrate a new puppy in to a home life ruled by a cat (and with an African basenji in the mix)... 🙂

It's great to see a sense of humour.
There is a roundabout near us which gets full of Rabbits, one year someone put a large sign up saying "Welcome to the Magic Rabbit roundabout !" after the children's tv programme Magic Roundabout.
It realy made me smile, but council officials soon removed it. -
that is really funny. wonder if that's a working hydrant? LOL

That is really funny! Thanks so much for sharing it with us. BTW, is AJ a city slicker or a country bumpkin? Which 'resting area' did he choose?

I kinda figured that question would come up. I really couldn't tell. He leaned forward and peed on the grass. He's never been a leg-lifter. Maybe he's just trying to fit in with everybody…like those mug-wump politicians in DC.

My boarding kennel here has that outside the building too. same type of setup. Here in Oklahoma also.
