  • Great pics, i love the pics of Ryan and his canine brothers :)
The coursing pics are great action shots.
Sorry to hear you haven't been well and hope your feeling better soon.

Thanks, I have a big allergy and they still don't know from what it is.. So when they do, I will be better quick I think ;)

  • As well as Basenjimama wrote: Great pics, I love them all :D.

  • And they ask 'do Basenjis get on with children?'!!!! Beautiful pictures - Ryan look as though he takes it all for granted.

I hope the allergy soon settles down.

Two basenjis getting along with a kid.. doesn't make that all basenjis get on with kids of course ;)

Love the pics Kim, especially the ones of the boys together :)

  • I love the licking/kiss picture. You can tell your basenji's almost think of Ryan as "their property".

Great coursing photos - once your b's catch the lure, what is the look on their face? Is it like "darn it, I thought I was chasing a rabbit", or is just having the lure good enough for them.

Sending you some nice hot tea and unpollinated fresh air. Hope you are feeling better soon.

  • LOL… should we ask you what "food" you are being fed?

Hope you feel better soon and those are super photos...

  • Those are great 'stuffed animals' that Ryan has, they look just like real dogs, haha.
Those are very sweet, and the coursing photos are awesome.

The only thing they think is: GOT IT GOT IT GOT IT :D

He can run off-leash allmost everywhere here. Most days I don't need his leash at all. Only have to watch for foxes. He really hates those and will go after them untill he gets them. Good thing is he has an excellent recall. And he is allways watching me, wont go further away from me then 50 meters. So walking him isn't a problem at all (as long as no foxes cross our path that is…).

Okay, clearly you knew Kipawa was Scarlett's brother. Well to both of you, Olive (formerly Fina) just left after spending the day here playing with Lyric (formerly Kiki). Her mom and dad had dinner with us while the dogs played and played and played. Olive is adorable as well, but then how could she not be. And still small but filling out, Olive looks just like her daddy Sober. Hug both Scarlett and Kipawa for us and so glad you guys hooked up here. Therese

Wonderful pictures of Basenjis really enjoying themselves. It must have been nice to meet up too and also to see the Tanza puppies in the flesh. What a handsome tri, Buddy is.

You may want to try frequently rewarding him for staying still before he gets a chance to complain. You can then start building up time between treats once he gets the idea that standing still will get him a reward.
