We went to the Zoo today! Of course we took some pics :D

These are some really great shots!! Mortillo getting to see some of his fellow African friends. That bubble is too cool. I don't know if they have one of those here in the SF Zoo.

I love that Tillo can visit the zoo! He looks so calm in your photos - does he get excited at all when he sees those animals?

I wish that it were possible to take dogs to zoos here in the US.

I'm thinking about take Buju and Masai to Zoo, but I'm still not sure about that. I'm afraid it wouldn't be easy to handle two dogs in such an amazing place :rolleyes:.

We have 15 Zoos here in Czech Republic and 8 of them allowed to take dogs there.

Thanks for all the nice comments :) It's great to bring your dog to the zoo, the animals all react to Tillo, so a lot of them come up to the fence or glass. Tillo is pretty calm, sometimes he hits the glass when the animals are really near by. And there were some monkeys who followed him, so Tillo tried to 'play' with them and everytime he did, they ran away, but came back as soon as he turned around.. :D

So do I. It would be great if us responsible owners could take our dogs to places like this. Mine would love it.

However, I think Roxy would feel quite at home in a zoo as I'm sure that's where she belongs! :D

My most absolutely favorite thread in this forum was the 1st "Mirtillo at the Zoo" (when Mr. Handsome was just a pup)! Now, this is also my favorite!

It would be really cool, too, if you put a side-by-side photo galllery from the 1st time he was at the zoo and these photos.

I love pics of all these "hunters" ;), big and small… wild and tame... all of them in one place... Lucky Tillo!

I love zoos too! Could you tell me what zoos in Germany allow dogs? Same question for Irena, can you give me the info of the zoos that allow dogs? Only the really nice ones of course :D (with a lot of space for the animals.. we don't like wild animals with too little space :))
